MOHAMMAD RIZZUWAN SYAH BIN MINHAT held the position as Sergeant in Malaysia military department and majoring in the field of mechanical engineering at Malaysia defense ministry based in “Kementerian Pertahanan Kem Kementah, Jalan Padang Tembak 53460 Kuala Lumpur”

During his years of experiences in military, there are more than 3000 soldiers from Malaysian Defense Ministry under my guidance. Besides his high interest in the military department, he has built up a rapport relationship with other defense departments such as Chief Police of Kuala Lumpur & Perak.

As a Democratic leader, his decisions will always open to suggestion for all Directors and members of co-operative. He will always encourage creativity ideas from the Directors who are often engaged in co-operative projects. His priority is to give all the Directors more rooms to engage in decision making because of productivity and innovative of co-operative projects in future.

As a low profile personality, he hopes his leadership ability will motivate every Directors to be able to practice high professionalism and conduct their co-operative ethically and sustainability.

TREASURER: Mr. P.T.Wong

P.T.WONG is an experienced accountant and internal auditor & enterprise risk management with over 15 years of internal audit experience in private sectors in Malaysia. He holds the chartered accountants and member of malaysia institute of accountants (MIA), fellow member of chartered certified accountant (FCCA), professional member of the institute of internal auditors malaysia (CMIIA), information systems audit and control association (ISACA), certified ISO9001;2000 internal quality auditing (ISO).

He has spent more than 10 of those years at managerial level in internal audit and has been involved in fraud and forensic accounting, risk assessment, strategic audit plans, financial, operational and compliance audits, information systems governance and compliance.

Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors in number of companies and one of the founder of Koperasi Perniagaan Wawasan Kuala Lumpur Berhad (KOPWAKUL) & Persatuan Professional Sabah Dan Sarawak Di Selangor and Kuala Lumpur (PROSASA).

COOPERATIVE SECRETARY: Ms. Annie Aznita Binti Abdul Karim

ANNIE AZNITA BINTI ABDUL KARIM is a cooperative secretary of Kopwakul. Currently assisting in all the secretarial and documentations.

Annie was a former student of Universiti Malaya major in Human Resources Management. She is currently attached to The Zon All Suites Residences on the park as the Executive Secretary to Director of Hotel Business since 2010.

She has more than 15 years experience in handling administrations, customer services and she was assisting the top management in corporate management as Executive Secretary and Personal Assistant. She is herself is an investor of KLSE since 2003.

She is also a Panel of hotel star rating under the Licensing Department of Ministry of Tourism. She was appointed during her time with the Malaysian Association of Hotels as the Executive Secretary to the Executive Director.

Her first aim is to see more Bumiputera expose and profit from KLSE and she believes KOPWAKUL may start and continues as a best platform. She is also believed with good and strong teamwork in KOPWAKUL management surely all KOPWAKUL future prospect will be successfully achieve.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Mr. Desmond Chen

DESMOND CHEN is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of financial, marketing and general management experience in various industries in Multinational companies, listed companies as well as SMEs.

He is now involved in Social Media Marketing specialising in the designing and developing of NPQ SoLoMo Mobile Apps to help SMEs to grow their business through the Mobile Apps platforms to connect and promote their product and services. Website: www.solomo.com.sg, www.netprofitquest.com

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Mr. C.K.Lee

LEE CHUN KEAT has graduated with a Diploma in Investment Analysis from Research Institute in Investment Analysis Malaysia (RIIAM) and M.B.A in International Business from Open University Malaysia(OUM). He has more than 8 years experience in construction line dealing with heavy machinery and structural work. His specializations are operation management, project analysis and human resource. His others specializations are such as Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Brand Building, Human Capital, International Business, Financial Analysis and Industry Analysis.

In future, he hope that most of the committee (Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors) and existing or new members could work ethically to land their company onto Malaysia road map as the most successful co-operative. Finally, lets their all regardless race, religion and age will contribute our time and effort to keep our co-operative successful in the future..

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Mr. Clement Liew

CLEMENT LIEW is an accountant with over 10 years experience in accounting lines.His abilities to handle more than a thousand customers help cooperative to bring more new members.

He successfully bring new members to cooperative within a week. Positive attitude which builds in him has give him strength and courage towards the growth of cooperative. He is an independent person as he travel alone around the world.

SITHA MURUGIAH graduated in Bachelors of Laws (LL.B) from University of London with honors and obtained a Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in Malaysia.

Beginning career after graduation with the Messrs Mohan, Fareed & Co. a 41 year old reputable Firm in Penang for over 8 years and having read in chambers and attachment. For a year with Kington & Tan in Kuala Lumpur in handling Banking and Commercial matters. Later, Muhibbah Engineering Sdn. Bhd. a construction company involved in the Guthrie Highway project, Putrajaya Bridges, and many more reputable projects.

The spectrum of clients handled includes the banks, CIMB Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Bank Berhad, AM Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad and Perwira Bank Berhad, other bodies, and companies, Malaysian Building Society and this includes Commercial and Consumer Bank, Nettco Steel Sdn. Bhd, Target Air Freight Sdn. Bhd. Goldpage Assets Sdn. Bhd., Utamaland Sdn. Bhd, Muara Canggih Sdn. Bhd, Taman Desa Medical Centre (part of the TDM Berhad group).

Throughout the years of experience which includes handling and heading the contentious, and non-contentious litigation matters. Expert in banking and finance legal matters, bankruptcy, insolvency, winding-up, divorce matters, probate and administration of estates, preparation of wills, conveyancing (property transactions), construction matters, vetting and drafting contracts and agreements.

Sitha experience in handling corporate clients has given the familiarity in handling a large volume of cases with prompt turn-around times to meet the demands of our clients and the courts. Her skills have given a good working relationship with our business partners both corporate and individual clients.

As Legal Director at Korperasi Perniagaan Wawasan Kuala Lumpur Berhad. (KOPWAKUL), Sitha will be assisting KOPWAKUL a co-operative governed by the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 (Amendment) 2007 [Act 502] and its regulations, in drafting, vetting contracts with investors and contracting parties and advising on the Law in Malaysia.
